Mad Pigs - Trust Yourself

Genre: UK82 Hardcore Street Punk
Year: 2009
Country: Brno, Czech Republic
Format: 7 inch EP
Track Listing
1. Craps
2. Russian Roulette
3. Liar
4. Trust Yourself
I was walking around in a local Sound Exchange Record store and I wasn't looking for any specific albums. I was going through the 7 inch vinyls section and I found this EP. I never heard this band before ever. However I knew it is a punk band instinctively just by looking at the album cover. So I took a risk and brought it for three bucks. After I brought Mad Pigs 7 inch back home and played it on my record player, the risk paid off. This is one of my top favorite punk 7 inch albums so far. This is full of raw fury screaming (not screamo) hardcore stuff in four songs. Two songs from this 7 inch are from Mad Pigs self titled CD EP and the other two songs are from Split CD with The Reprehensibles. I highly recommend that you buy this 7 inch if you are into 80s street hardcore punk music. I put three different links where you can buy this 7 inch, you better hurry if you want this EP, it is only limited to 500 vinyls. The video below is from youtube where you can listen to one of the song from 7 inch album.

I was walking down an aisle Waterloo Record store in Austin and I saw this Watchtower - Energetic Disassembly cd and I brought it without a regret. This album is one of the most unique thrash metal albums from 1980s I have ever heard. It sounds a lot like a soldier anthem song with sounds of Rush and Metallica along with high screaming piercing singer.
